- 决定是否选择照片、编辑照片以及是否保存生成结果;
- 在系统设置中查看、限制或撤回照片相关权限;
- 在应用设置中更改语言,或清除应用数据/卸载应用以移除本地偏好和沙盒内容;
- 在系统照片库中查看、编辑、分享或删除已保存图片;
- 清除浏览器网站数据,以删除本网站保存的语言偏好;

We respect your photos and creative content. The current version of Lunelle requires no account, provides no developer-hosted artwork library, and does not upload your selected photo, watermark text, or generated image to a developer server. This policy explains the separate data boundaries of the app and this website.
1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Lunelle mobile app and its official static website. The package, store listing, or distribution channel may display Lunelle or an internal project name; the actually released version controls.
The privacy controller/developer is:
Operator: Lunelle
Privacy email: djl13333995679@163.com
This policy does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Google, your operating system, an app store, your browser, or the eventual website hosting provider.
2. Privacy summary
- No account: the current version offers no registration, sign-in, user profile, or developer-hosted cloud storage.
- On-device editing: your selected photo, effect settings, crop data, and watermark text are used locally to preview and generate an image.
- No artwork upload: the current version has no feature that uploads photos, edit settings, or generated images to a developer server.
- User-initiated saving: the app requests the relevant system permission and writes a generated PNG to Photos only after you tap “Save to Photos.”
- Minimal local preference: your interface language is stored on device. Photo edits are not retained as recoverable cloud projects.
- No ads or behavioral analytics: the current project contains no advertising SDK, third-party behavioral analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking feature.
3. Information we handle and why
| Information | How it arises | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your selected photo | You explicitly select one image through the system photo interface | Read dimensions, show a preview, apply effects and crop, and generate the final image | On device; not uploaded to a developer server |
| Edit content and settings | You enter watermark text and adjust its style, position, effect, brightness, zoom, and crop | Render the live preview and final result | Device memory or the app's temporary runtime environment for the current edit |
| Generated image | The app renders a PNG after you tap “Save to Photos” | Save the result you approved | Managed by the system photo library until you delete it |
| App language preference | You choose Follow System, English, or Simplified Chinese | Display your preferred interface language on later launches | Local app preferences |
| Website language preference | You choose Chinese or English on this site | Keep showing the selected language on later visits | Browser localStorage; not used for advertising |
| Website connection data | Generated automatically by network and hosting infrastructure when you visit a deployed site | Deliver pages, protect security, troubleshoot failures, and keep basic operational logs | Handled under the actual configuration of the hosting and network infrastructure needed to operate the website |
We do not require your name, phone number, government identifier, precise location, contacts, microphone content, or payment details to use the core editing features.
4. How photos and edits are processed
4.1 Choosing a photo
Lunelle reads an image only after you tap to choose a photo and confirm the selection through the system interface. The current primary flow uses the photo library, does not open the camera, and does not scan, recognize, or upload your entire photo library in the background.
4.2 Editing on device
Effect matrices, brightness, crop ratio, zoom, position, and watermark text are rendered locally. To make the selected image available to the app, the operating system or photo-picker component may create a temporary file or cached copy in the app sandbox. Those copies follow the system, component, or sandbox lifecycle and are not automatically uploaded to a developer server.
4.3 Saving the result
When you tap “Save to Photos,” the app generates PNG data locally and writes it through iOS Photos or Android MediaStore. Lunelle does not automatically overwrite the original. A generated image may contain the text you added and any visible content already present in the original; review it before saving, sharing, or publishing.
4.4 Features not currently provided
The current version provides no account sync, online backup, cloud editing, collaboration, artwork community, or developer-side recovery service. If you uninstall the app, leave the current edit, or the system clears temporary files, we generally cannot restore an unsaved editing state.
5. System permissions
- Photo selection/read access: lets you choose one image through the system photo interface. The exact authorization screen and access scope depend on the operating-system version.
- Add to Photos/storage: used only when you choose to save a result. iOS uses add-to-library access; older Android releases may use system storage permission, while newer Android releases use the system media-store interface.
The current core flow does not request camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, calendar, Bluetooth, health, notification, or App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline photo selection access, you cannot import an image. If you decline save access, you can continue editing but cannot write the result to the system photo library.
You may change permissions in system settings at any time. Names and paths vary by iOS, Android, operating-system version, and device manufacturer.
6. Sharing, disclosure, and transfers
The current app has no code path that sends photos, edit settings, language preferences, or generated images to a developer server, and it contains no advertising network or third-party behavioral analytics SDK. The developer therefore does not ordinarily have access to your in-app photos or edits.
The following parties may be involved in limited circumstances, which is not the same as selling your personal information:
- Your operating system and photo library: provide selection, permission management, and result saving.
- App stores and distribution platforms: may independently process download, transaction (if applicable), update, security, or crash-diagnostic information under their policies and your settings.
- Website hosting and network services: infrastructure needed to deliver pages, protect security, and troubleshoot failures may process IP address, request time, browser identifiers, and necessary security logs. This information does not include in-app photos, edit settings, or generated images.
- Legal requirements: we may respond within the scope of a lawful authority request where required to protect users, the public, or legal rights. Because core app content is not uploaded, we ordinarily do not possess your photos or editing projects to disclose.
We do not sell your photos, edit content, or language preference, use them to build advertising profiles, or track you across apps.
7. Retention and deletion
- Current edit: used for the current session and not retained as a recoverable project library. Unsaved state may be lost when the app exits, a new edit starts, or the operating system reclaims the runtime.
- Temporary image files: may be cached in the app sandbox by the photo picker or operating system and are generally managed by those lifecycles. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes sandbox content but does not delete images already saved to the system photo library.
- Language preference: remains locally until you change it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Saved images: remain in the system photo library until you delete them. System backups and synchronized copies follow your Apple, Google, or device settings.
- Website language: remains in browser localStorage until you clear site data or browser storage.
- Website logs: if the infrastructure needed to operate the website retains access or security logs, its actual configuration and applicable rules determine the retention period.
8. This website, language storage, and links
This website is a dependency-light set of static pages. The current page code sets no cookies and loads no third-party advertising, analytics script, social tracking pixel, or embedded form. To remember Chinese or English, it stores “zh” or “en” in browser localStorage. You can remove that value by clearing site data.
Servers, CDNs, DNS, or security services needed to operate the site may process standard connection information automatically for page delivery, security, and troubleshooting. This processing does not involve in-app photos, edit settings, or generated images.
The app's settings page opens the privacy policy and terms in an external browser. After you tap, you leave the app's local environment and connect to the relevant website. Your browser, network provider, and network services needed to operate the website may process connection information under their rules. Review the privacy terms of any third-party destination before following an external link.
9. Your controls and rights
You can:
- decide whether to select a photo, edit it, and save a generated result;
- review, restrict, or withdraw photo-related permissions in system settings;
- change the app language, or clear app data/uninstall to remove local preferences and sandbox content;
- view, edit, share, or delete saved images in the system photo library;
- clear browser site data to remove this website's language preference; and
- contact us about production website logs or privacy questions through the email listed in this policy.
Because the current version has no account or developer-hosted artwork library, the developer ordinarily cannot search for, export, correct, or delete photos and editing state stored on your device by using your name or email. You exercise most local-data rights directly through the app, system photo library, and device settings.
10. Security and data boundaries
We reduce risk by minimizing information handling, performing core editing on device, and avoiding an account database. No device, operating system, network, or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Use a device lock, keep the system updated, maintain trusted backups, and use care with photos containing sensitive people, documents, location clues, or other private content.
11. Changes to this policy
If Lunelle adds accounts, cloud sync, camera access, sharing, analytics, advertising, subscriptions, online processing, or another feature that changes its data flows, we will reassess and update this policy before the feature is released. Material changes may be communicated through an in-app notice, website notice, store release notes, or another method required by applicable law.
The top of this page shows when the draft was last updated. An updated policy applies when it is published unless applicable law requires otherwise.
